I was part of the advance party for this bbq. Hm, advance party sounds kinda armylike.. lol. Anyways yah, basically we prepared the food for the bbq, before the rest of the pple attending comes.
I met xiuting at 9.30am at Kembangan MRT. Spent some time looking at the street directory and finding our route to Hougang before we moved off. Haha I'm starting to feel that I can join the amazing race and be the nagivator for the team.. after navigating in Benji's car and then in XT's car.. heh. Anyways we reached there and picked up yi en and some of the food that his dad bought. Went to parkway after that to continue shopping for MORE FOOD!
We went to Giant of course... since they have 'giant variety, giant savings' LOL. Kinda nostalgic, as we used to parkway quite a lot after school and sometimes we end up at giant, shopping for snacks for our SPs during the start of the year. As usual, we are still fascinated by the ceiling of giant, where there are certain spots which goes up in a column, allowing echoes to be made when we shout or something. Haha and me being me fooled around and made echoes haha. It was only when the fire alarm in giant rang, that I realised these columns are actually for ventilation, cause immediately when the alarm sounded, the top of the columns open up to allow air to pass thru. There wasn't any fire of course... and everyone wasn't panicking or anything. Haha, I was thinking that if a real fire occurs, pple will still have the same heckcare attitude and continue shopping.. We took quite a while, but we finally managed to get what we needed, including sotongballs, sausages, chicken wings, condiments, chocolate, bananas, marshmallow, charcoal, and lots more. haha.
Had lunch at the sucky foodcourt in parkway and drove our way back to XT's house, Legenda. It's been ages since I went there, and everything changed so much! Well, the last time I went there, their family was still staying over at the grandparents place, which was like super near VJ. Haha, that's why we could use that place to study for our A lvls 4 years ago. I remember going there in the morning and leaving very late at night, studying, watching tv, cooking etc etc, it was so fun, just the few of us. =) Now, everything from the old house was transferred over to Legenda, so it became less spacious haha. We cut up the stuff and marinated them according to Yi En's instructions. I hate marinating chicken!! It's so freaking cold and my hands couldn't take it. I had to take my hands out a few times cause it started to hurt. haha.. And i probably wasn't imagining, but my hands were slightly swollen. =X
Played some board game after we're done. Think it was called mad magazine something something.. lol. It was like monopoly, just that u gotta lose all ur money instead of gaining them. Fun part was that we constantly swap positions and money with each other so u might end up losing even though u're very close to winning. lol. We also slacked around and watch tv.... when we saw....
The ting tings. Haha, this song ended up stuck in our head for the whole day and meiyue even took video of us doing spastic stuff and chanting 'That's not my name! That's not my name!' lol... it turned out to be quite a nice video after she did all the editing. =) Too bad no permission to upload the vid. lol.
We're acting spastic in front of the TV... and Yi En looks like ronald mcdonald with black hair lol! We were done preparing the food at 3 and we only left the place at 6... Somehow, everytime we take photos, we definitely must have some jump shots at some point of time.
This was us fooling around while yi en was starting the fire. =X
Yongtai came and left like almost immediately. Apparently, he was out cycling the whole day with seehwee and their other frens, and he had to go Malaysia the next day, so he didn't exactly stay very long... So this was the photo of everyone present at that time, before yongtai left.
We took a lot of photos... and we even pretended to be ghosts...
Chocolate fondue!! The best part of this bbq is that it is cheap and yet the food we have are of a higher standard than some that are provided by the caterers. haha Kudos to Yi En for all the special receipes and ways to prepare the food. :) This is probably one of my best bbq sessions I had in a long time. Can't wait for the next one!
I'm glad so many of us attended the bbq. It's been a while since we all met up... And even after so many years... (5 i think) we're still the same lame old us... doing the same stupid stuff that we've been doing since JC days. =)

A quick summary of last week:
Wednesday
Went shopping with Jianwei and Zhongwei in Orchard. I guess I spent about $100 inclusive of meals and shopping. Had lunch at Crystal Jade la mian xiao long bao, then dinner was at Sun with Moon.. spent about $25 on each meal, which amounts up to $50... the other $50 was spent on a belt and a t-shirt. This is really little compared to JW's spending of $200 and ZW's $100. JW spent $100 in Zara, which was the first shop that we went to. haha, well, it's not surprising that he spent so much, after the KL trip last year. haha. Well, we went to watch Sex and the city after some shopping.. haha had to make use of the $6 student movie rate. :) Anyways, I thought it was a great movie, even though I haven't watch any of the TV episodes myself. Apparently it continues where the series ended, but well, I didn't get lost or not understand any part of the movie at all. haha. My favourite parts of the movie was when Charlotte opened her mouth and accidentally drink some shower water, which subsequently let her to shit in her pants.. lol, and also Samantha's naked sushi scene where she couldn't pick up the phone cause she was lying on the table with sushi on her lol... Freaking funny when her bf returns and she got so pissed that she threw the sushi at him.. lol. Oh, it was my first time at Sun with moon, but it wasn't that fantastic in my opinion. I like waraku better! :P
Thursday
Stayed at home whole day until the evening cause we couldn't decide whether to watch Narnia or not that nite. The timings were quite bad and Benji, Meleen and Reubs were working, so we had to watch like 9pm timings... but watching at 9+ will mean that the show ends close to midnite and by then the train service would be stopping soon. So it was really hard to choose the place to watch. In the end they decided to watch at AMK hub, which was really far for me (ONLY ME, cause the rest stay in that area). I was prepared to cab home after the movie. But luckily for me, there were still trains to Toa Payoh by the time the movie ended. So I took train to Toa Payoh and ran to the bus stop where I took the last 153 home. haha lucky me.
The movie itself was breath taking. I absolutely loved it! The music was great, the magical things were great too! Makes me wanna go to Narnia myself! haha. The only part that I probably dislike is that, as Junyi said, it's like a charmed, or power ranger episode, where things happen for 45min, and then in the last 10 min, everything is solved with a spell, or megazord, or in this case, Aslan's ROAR!!! lol. Owell, it's quite sad that Susan can't enter Narnia anymore... cause I really like her character. I haven't read any of the books in the series, dun ask me why I didn't read it when I was young... I always thought 'the lion the witch and the wardrobe' was 'the lion the bitch and the wardrobe'. Haha if I'm free maybe I'll go library and borrow the books from the children's section.. haha.
Friday
A really tiring day of FOC dry run and then walking around town. It was quite fun, meeting up all the pharm pple and all. :) We went to the field and almost immediately after crossing the field to the sheltered pathway, I felt that my legs were super itchy. I thought it was only me, but then cons and yeewen complained about it also! haaha I thought it was quite funny.. then the itch grew into huge mosquito bite marks... I think the games are quite fun! Can't wait to see the real version of the slums game, where the OG will sit around in a circle and raise one leg to the center to support a basin filled with water! haha! Weiting bought a new camera the day before, so we were fooling around with the smile mode on her camera. As long as u smile, the camera will automatically snap a picture. So I tried all kinds of smile, including some which are not smiles at all! haha, I think as long as the teeth are showing then it's considered smiling already. Too bad weiting haven't upload the photos yet. :(
Went to the PC show with Alvin, Sherman, Constance and Weiting. Well I wasn't gonna get anything, so was just tagging along behind. It was so crowded that we can lose sight of each other even though we just turn around for a short while. lol... had to call each other to meet up again for like 3 times?? haha. Went to Singapore Flyer for dinner at Popeye's after weiting left. I gotta say that it's quite out of the way if we're not driving there. :( Walked thru dark and ulu pathways to reach the place. The place itself is designed quite nicely I guess, can be quite romantic. But I gotta say that the pricing for the food at popeye's suck. A 2 piece chicken meal costs $6.90, 3 piece costs $8.90 and 4 piece costs $14.90. WTH!! And all the meals come with 1 drink and 1 side dish. Wonder who did the maths for the costs. It would be more worth it to buy two 2 piece meals rite??!?!
Saturday
Zoo day!! Met early in the morning at AMK Mrt and then Benji drove us to the zoo. Thankfully he drove, if not we'll have to pack in the bus to the zoo... :) Thanks Chew! Good Job Chew! :D Anyways it was really crowded cause blood donors get free tickets to the zoo, moreover it's not 1 ticket but a pair, so can imagine how many pple there are... Well, we were in the zoo from like 9 plus until it close, so we managed to finish walking the whole park... but missed the animal shows, partly cause we walked slowly disregarding the time (i forgot my watch), and also partly cause it was so crowded the seats were filled up before the showtime. So even though we reached on time, we couldn't get a good view of things. In the end the only show we watched was the elephant show. lol.
Lunch was bad... we had KFC, but the queueing was crazy. The queue starts and end at the counters, it goes 1 round around the restaurant... that's how long it was. For a moment, it felt like I was queueing up for a ride in Universal Studios back in Japan... lol. Still remember that time we queued 2.5hours just for a 3 min ride. haha. Yup it was an enjoyable day at the zoo, considering the last time I went was back in secondary school. haha. Anyways, lots of photos taken, but mostly in benji's camera... and he's too busy to upload, so NO PHOTOS.
Went Central for dinner again, but it's marutama this time! I navigated from the zoo to central. lol. Ok I had a bowl of ramen+ 1 refill. I really like the soup, it was really tasty! I had problem trying not to finish my soup too fast cause for the refill, they only give the noodles, and not extra soup. haha. I got the refill for the sake of getting it, and not cause I was hungry, just wanna try since it's just $1 more. Oh and the egg is really good! Hard boiled egg white and half boiled yolk... :) Then we went to Azabu sabo for dessert, as usual I got the ice kachang jap style with green tea syrup and red beans. haha... It's probably my favourite thing from azabu sabo... their main meals suck. haha.
Sunday
Met the VS gang for lunch at Shokudo at Raffles city. We ordered many many things there and then just shared among the 4 of us. So there wasn't any ramen or much rice stuff, except for the omu rice. Some things to order include: omlette, yakitori and squid, the jap style ice kachang dessert. Their dessert is like... a piece of artwork. We were literally staring at the woman making the dessert and like wondering why the hell is she taking her time to place each and every piece of strawberry around the shaven ice so slowly when the ice is starting to melt. LOL. but it was indeed delicious. :) Some things not to order include a $10 hotate teppanyaki. because for $10, there were only 6 pieces of scallops... -_-'''

Gonna meet up with the S17 peeps tmr for class bbq. Some of us will be going to XT's house earlier to prepare the food! haha quite excited to meet everyone after so long... and it's been a while since I went to Legenda too haha. :) Hopefully it won't rain.. plspls. And I'll be navigator tmr again to Yi En's place! haha...

So many things happened, 1 sem is over, and the results were out. I'm glad I improved, and I hope that things will stay that way if not become better. I finished watching a few anime series, such as Clannad and fruits basket. Didn't like clannad as much as kanon though. :P Went ECP a few times during the weekdays, to cycle and also to roller blade. Yay now everyone can cycle!! Let's master how to blade properly! :) Went macritchie to run on the past few sundays except the last one when we went back to ECP. Parking at ECP is a chore... it's so hard to find lots in the more convenient carparks, we ended up parking behind the chalet area and Meleen flashed to a family who were slacking in their car LOL.

Went out with Janice and gang yesterday for lunch and movie... We had lunch at suki sushi... buffet of course... haha. But wells... somehow it wasn't as nice as it was in the past, and the price seems to have increased. Dunno... maybe in the past when we were still in the army, trapped in camp and all, normal food might have been more appealing than it's supposed to be. Another thing is that it takes FOREVER for the food we ordered to arrive, so we ended up waiting damn long for the food la... must be cause of the annoying kids. I wish they go back to sch faster, they are making everywhere more crowded! Haha, the only part I really enjoyed about the buffet was when the desserts came out on the sushi belt. It always happens when the belt starts to move faster... then all the cream puffs, pudding, and cakes will come out... Haha really funny when we koped like 3-4 plates of each of the above when it comes around to ourside... they had only 3 plates of pudding that came out, and we took all of them... haha..
After that Alwin left and Edwin came to join us. Went to watch Kungfu panda as Huikeng suggested. It's not bad a movie, pretty entertaining i guess, but it wouldn't be worth it if I had to pay more than $6 for it haha. *thankful for the student rates at Cathay cinemas*
Oh when we first sat down in the cinema, Edwin found someone's phone in his seat... we looked thru the phone contacts and also the photos to see whether the owner is a guy or a girl haha... After the movie ended, I called the last missed call number and the woman said she will come over to meet me... told her to meet at orchard mrt as I thought we'll be slacking around that area, but we ended up taking neoprints at the neoprint shop in cineleisure. Haha, it's been a long time since we all took neoprints ... the last time was during FOC last year, but that was quite badly taken, considering how many pple there were altogether. Quite surprised that the cost of the neoprint is now about $10 or $11... super expensive. But we just went ahead to take for the fun of it, haha. It was pretty fun during the phototaking session, although we didn't know what we were choosing (there were so many choices and japanese words that even huikeng dun understand haha). The photos turned out not bad, but my t-shirt was the same colour as the background, ie green, so I blended in nicely with the background pattern in the photos... lol. Pretty fun. :)
By the time we were done it was about time to meet the woman. I had to call her to change the meeting place to somerset mrt instead cause I couldn't possibly reach orchard mrt in time. BUT, we spent so much time cutting up the neoprints into smaller portions and to distribute them, that I had to call her once again to tell her to meet at cineleisure. =X paiseh sia... lol.
I had the impression that I was gonna meet a girl of around our age, based on the conversations I had with her, but then when we finally met her, she was a pregnant woman, accompanied by her husband(the phone belonged to her husband). So paiseh la... made her walk so far... And they came all the way from punggol. Owells, at least they got back the phone. :)
The girls left after that and the guys went to walk around orchard. SH gotten get a CD for his sis and Edwin wanna buy a pair of sandals. Walked from 6.30 to about 8.30 and we were still empty handed.. haha. Couldn't find what they wanted. Oh, we met Chernyih and Choonpei at the Watson's in Taka, they were still working at the pharmacy at that time. Haiz... it'll be our turn soon enough.
I'm pretty glad I finally came out to loiter around instead of staying at home and rot away... lol. Last week was really a stay home week, except for tues when we went blading. Waking up at 1-2pm, then play, watch anime, and play somemore, until 4am, then sleep again, and the routine repeats. It was really quite sickening.

wanted to try out marutama since everyone was singing praises about it and I had not tried before. We were choosing between waraku and marutama at Central. Did a coin toss like Fujiki san in Accuracy of Death and it led us to waraku in the end.
Holidays getting boring... luckily things are starting to pick up. Qingyao and Sengwah is finishing their special sem soon, so we probably can meet up more, and we're gonna have a class bbq next week! Thanks to Meiyue and Xiuting. :) Can't wait!

For the past 2 weeks there was an ongoing Hokkaido Fair. So there were stuff like Hokkaido crabs going at over $100, scallops, and lots more other seafood there. :)
We bought takoyaki to share... it was going at 8 for $7.. quite worth it, considering that
they were quite big
and the tako inside was big also.
Kinda reminds me of the one we ate in Osaka...
Hm... We're saying that Singapore should sell the super big takoyaki that we bought in Tokyo... If I remembered correctly it was about 300yen.. so about $4... 1 of it is already filling enough lor... as thought it's a meal. haha.
I WANNA GO JAPAN AGAIN!!! XD

While on the way to sch this morning, I saw from TVmobile that they are gonna add more ERP gantries in the next few months... And some of the places with these new gantries are like Alexandra Road and Jalan Bukit Merah. WTF la. It's like near my house?? So does this mean that next time I travel out to other places or go home by taxi, I'll have to pay the stupid ERP charges?? It's getting damn ridiculous la... Public transportation fares increased. Then the taxi fares increased, so much such that after paying $6 to get from Eunos MRT to Ubi driving centre, I decided to stop taking taxi even though I'm already late. (I try to be earlier la... lol). Now they are gonna set up more ERP gantries. seriously WTH. Might as well travel everywhere on a bike liao. It's not impossible... After nite cycling, I realised that all the roads and places, even the CBD can be easily accessible for bicycles. haha.
Argh... I'm still annoyed with the ERP thingy... Feels like my driving license will not be used liao haha.

Something thing happened today... One of my friends accidentally dropped the mortar into the sink... And the sink broke. Pretty amazing... I thought the mortar would have broke and not the sink, but apparently it fell right thru the sink. =X Hope nothing bad happens next time... =P
My eye reduced in the swelling after each time I apply the eye drops... Good sign. :) Hope I recover soon.. haha.
Doctor said it was conjunctivitis, but I doubt so leh. My eyes are not even red lor... only eyelids are swollen.. haha. Anyways he gave me 2 types of eye drops, 1 is antibiotics and the other one is for the inflammation... After using the drops 1 time, I could already see that the swelling has decreased and the area around my eyes are not that tight anymore. Owells, as long as it works. :) He told me that it won't pass on to the others around me unless by contact... I asked for an MC, but he was like implying that I should just go sch and not pon, while writing the MC. Haha. Not like I wanna pon lab lor... lol. Yah so hopefully the swelling gets lesser before lab... I hope I dun scare my classmates. =X

Then somehow, I was going to carolling... Thing is, I waited for them until they were gonna start singing 'We Wish U a Merry X'mas', the last song for the performance, before I walked in to join them. Damn weird la... even I think that it's damn waste time lor... If I was gonna sing I should have just joined right from the start lor.. lol.
It was even weirder after that. I was somehow in a hotel in Japan, and it was snowing outside. I went to the restaurant to eat with the other pple(which I can't recall who exactly). Then as I was on my way to the onsen, I went to play the curfew game somewhere. LOL it's damn weird!!!

Sch has started again. So far... it hasn't been much. Only attended 3 lectures so far in 2 days. Much slacker as compared to last sem, when we had lectures from 8am all the way to 6pm, with only 12-2pm as our break. Haha..
So far, I think that...
physio is a bore, it has always been, since sem 1, and the fact that it's the first lecture of the day and of the week doesn't help, since I always end up arriving late. :P
Pharmacy Practice is... erm, I'm not exactly sure yet, since the first lecture was all on the healthcare in singapore over the years. Hopefully it gets more interesting...
and fundamentals of biochemistry... is a recap of what we studied before. The first lecture today was a waste of time.. should have just ponned. Tmr is probably a waste of time again, since it is on buffers... again. And the reappearance of the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation etc again. Should pon tmr's lecture also, since got webcast... But since I'm a good student, I'll attend la. LOL!
Seriously a waste of time today lor... went there aroun 950.. lecture started at about 1015, and ended at 11. WTH. Lecture was crap, most were not paying attention to the lecture, since it was really really introduction. And we already dun have a very good impression of the lecturer already, since the time class rep sent him an email regarding the tutorial slots, and he gave a redundant answer. haha...
Ok so that's all for the modules that I went thru in 2 days.
As for the other 2 modules, GEK1001 and SP1201... Place environ and soc is quite scary already even though the lectures haven't start. Readings for half the sem is already up on the IVLE, and there are like 19 sets, with each set having about 20 pages. So... I think my printer is gonna chui. =( Moreover I dun think I'll ever have the time to read thru everything lor... it's just crazy. Maybe arts pple can, but I definitely cannot. Maybe that's why I always get sucky grades for all my humanities in sec sch. haha.
As for freshmen sem, I have no idea what it's gonna be like at all... dun even know if this fri got a session or not... but should have la.

Due to the early release, we kinda decided to slack around a bit... But we took like 1 hour plus to decide that we're gonna go clementi to play pool.... lol as AH BOON said, "when pple gather, they get dumber." It's so true... lol. So the few of us ended up playing pool. We were all noobs la, so took quite long to finish 1 game... but it was still fun and entertaining haha. If only the whole sem was like this slack everyday. =P

Owell, on the way back, we walked... until the sky turned super dark, then we decided to start running, in case we get trapped in one of the sheds... haha, managed to reach start point before it rained, but we cooled down and chatted for a while, then the rain just came so suddenly that we had to dash towards the toilet and gelare... but by then we were already wet. :( Hope dun fall sick sia... must start sleeping early... anyways school also reopening liao...
SCH IS STARTING AGAIN!!! =( Damn annoying la the notes printing, the early lectures... haiz... cycle 2 has started... 6 more cycles to go. Owells, hope this sem is more exciting and better for everyone! Jiayou all! :)

Went dim sum buffet with the army peeps again. Used to go to Yumcha at chinatown, but then we realised that the service is damn bad. They go around the area with the trolleys of dim sum. But what they do, is that they spam food on ur table when u first arrive, then after u finish that round of food rite, somehow the trolley women disappears, either that or they somehow ignore u and dun serve u more food. Only the fried auntie was nice lor. lol not that she's fried la, but she serves fried dim sum. :) Yup, then when it's time for last order, the woman will walk around and ask if there are any other last orders, by then, she'll tell u that the dim sum u asked for is already finished, so can only order desserts. -_-'''
Then zhongwei was introed to dragongate restaurant at harbourfront, and he brought us there to eat. So from then on, we never ever went back to Yumcha, and have been going to dragon gate instead. it's pretty good la, just that I'm already kinda sick of the variety there, after frequenting there so many times... Yesterday was the first time we encountered poor service from there. Stupid woman koped the order list from us before we could finish ordering... like zhongwei was still writing stuff then she just took the piece of paper away before we could say anything.. Then the other older auntie, who I always thought was quite a nice auntie, ignored when zhongwei asked for iced water, then when zhongwei asked her for it again, she gave him an unpleasant look. WTH.
Anyways what's more important was the food. haha.. I was so full that I didn't even eat anything for the rest of the day. Not even dinner or supper. haha.
After the dim sum, we walked over to some ulu part of chinatown cause zhongwei wanted to get contacts at a cheap price... haha I wasn't really interested, since I don't wear contacts frequently anymore. Used to wear for a while in JC, but then the aircon from the classroom and LTs make my eyes so dry that I feel like sleeping the whole day, plus it was very uncomfortable. So I stopped using unless I really need to. Last time I wore contacts was during rag day. That time I put on my contacts at 2am, and only took off at around 10 or 11pm. Haha my eyes was quite red after that.
Went to K after the contacts thingy, but as usual, I don't really enjoy K-ing, so didn't really sing much, plus got mic hoggers around, haha. Thought that teaching bert how to solve the rubik's cube in the karaoke room was more fun! haha. Oh yea, I finally know how to solve the rubik's cube after cheesy showed me how the other day. Was playing with the cheap one I got from daiso, but then it couldn't really turn properly, so I went to get the authentic one from toys'r'us instead. haha. My record is still 3 min plus, close to 4 min. Shall try to improve. :P

FF12 is really quite fun! I enjoy playing it more than FFX or FFX-2. :) I dun even mind staying in the same dungeon to whack the same monsters that keeps respawning for 1 hour. haha. =X
Or maybe I just wanna hide away... cause when I feel like I need someone to talk to... there's only my PS2 and my com to console me.
Haha I have to say that VJChoir and Victoria Chorale is still the best. :) Although I don't think I'll be carolling this year..
Walked down from cityhall to marina square to eat at Carl's Jr. I think it will be quite a while before I visit there again... The food is really quite sickening... I got sick of it after taking like 3 bites from my burger... and the burger is like how huge.. lol. We all had problems trying to finish the meal. Walked around to look for X'mas presents after that as some of them had present exchange. Ended up buying the presents from citylink, when the shops were almost closing.
Didn't wanna go home so early, so we decided to slack around. Were looking for a place to slack, and I wanted to go to Timbre actually, but we were all quite tired already, so we ended up slacking at the fountain near the Marketplace in RafflesCity. We sat there for quite a while, and took quite a few photos... We could only do this as most of the stores were closed and there were few pple left in the building.. haha.

Sengwah has multiple arms and 2 of the hands are ready to wash his head. haha.
Looks like an advertisement doesn't it?? Amazed by how nice the light shines from the back ahha.
Ended off the day making a lame video clip of us teleporting... In this clip, sengwah gets left behind.. LOL

Ah Boon, as usual was LATE. She woke up at 11am, which was our meeting time. LOL. terence was even later, he arrived at around 4+. Watched 881. Played a few board games, including Taboo, Risk, and Uno stacko. Had pizza dinner.
Constance's karaoke set at home is really amazing... the collection is like super huge la... Got repetitions somemore.. haha. too bad I dun really like karaoke. haha. While those karaoke shen2 sing their hearts away, some of us continued playing uno stacko. And we kinda discovered a new way of playing.. it's called quickdraw mode, just pull it out quickly, dun care whether wobbly or not. haha. it's pretty fun la, and senghan got high playing it... couldn't stop laughing.. lol.
Ended up just sitting around to chat... which in my opinion was the most fun out of all the things we did. haha. Should have done it earlier la... :P Owells there's still a next time. :D Thanks Cons, it was fun!

That was not the highlight of the day. The highlight of the day was that we went to watch Good Luck Chuck, which as a R21 movie... and that when we were entering the cinema Cheesy got checked by the auntie... age checked, not checked out. LOL. Yah before we reach the auntie we were already saying she'll check our ICs... but when cheese passed her the tickets, she told him in chinese 'little boy, you don't look 21 leh.' then cheesy took out his IC to show her... at the same time ZW took out his IC also, but the auntie told him 'you don't need, I've seen you around here many times already, don't need to check you.' LOL but the thing is ZW hasn't visited Eng Wah for ages.. so maybe she just made up some lie about seeing ZW around all the time, cause the only person she wanna check was cheesy! LOL. And the auntie also never checked me and kong.
Walked around Marina Square after that.. and we happen to see VJChoir carolling at the center stage. Stayed around to watch them sing, and I met Tracy, Bao, Ching, and a few other juniors in the audience. haha.. Quite nice to hear the carols again. :)
Then when they finished singing, I kinda walked in the same direction as them as they came down from the stage. Then this VJChoir girl with a familiar face was looking at me... she said 'Hey, you're the policeman rite?' haha... I was the policeman on the 2nd nite's game, cluedo. And the girl, Dion(I think), was at the camp also. How random. lol.
Had dinner at Azabu Sabo. Hm... I would suggest to go there just for the desserts, not the main courses. :)
Spent $50 in total today on lunch, dinner, and movie only. -_-''

Tried talking to kong, but I guess the connection wasn't there... there was no solution to salvage the situation. and the whole time meleen was just acting innocent. Asked them if they didn't jio me for today's cycling, how come they jio me for nite cycling on 28th. I only got a lame excuse of 'oh today's plan was last min... actually we were supposed to run, but you dun run with us anymore.' I was speechless. if it was last min, how come so many pple were being jioed... and it's just 1 sms what... haiz. it probably would have help if instead of the excuse, he said 'oh sorry, but you can come with us now also mahz. :)' but of course that didn't happen.
I don't even know what I'm doing seriously. kong is probably the only one who bothers... but everytime he ask me to go out with them I reject with a lame excuse or none at all. I'm sorry kong... I dunno whether I should go or not most of the time... then meleen sms me about nite cycling i also never reply... but it's still not right to give me the lame excuse from above. I'm probably seeking the approval from the group as a whole, pple like benji and ruby, don't even msg me or anything when I disappeared from the sunday runs... it's as though my presence was not needed and they didn't care. I'm also afraid of the same thing happening again week after week... walking along orchard road, but all walking together in groups and leaving me behind as usual. aiya I also dunno what to say already. and it hurts as well looking at the new photos that the meleen upload on facebook. and I'm wondering why I didn't even know about it. Like the recent cycling and airport T3 visit. damn annoying shit...
I thought of giving up many times already. But it's seriously not easy to forget about it leh... everytime i think about it i just feel sad... the 2 years of army together was really great. but they just had to do this to me huh...
And yup, after reading this, everyone will just think that i'm thinking too much and all, but do nothing to salvage the situation. the thinking will be 'if he wants it this way then so be it, ok lor.' nobody helps. then again maybe i'm being childish. Fuck. I dunno what to do lahz. I can't even play dota cause they jioed zhongwei out to cycling and never jio me. and I'm too sad to watch anime or play ps2 also.

Anyways, this camp was to let the jc peeps know more about pharmacy, but in fact, I feel that it's pretty much an eye-opener for the jc peeps as well as for us year 1s. There was quite a lot of stuff to learn and all.. Workshops on dandruff, diahorrea, acne, constipation etc, talks by professionals from the hospital, from guardian, and from HSA. Haha the HSA one reminded me of our Living with Chemistry guest lectures... There were also lab sessions where they got to do practicals taking from the year 2 and year 3 modules. So us year 1s were like pretty helpless in the labs la... everytime they ask us questions we dunno how to answer also cause we never do before.. haha. Oh there were visits to the hospitals and to guardian at IMM also. But I didn't get the chance to go because I was involved in the 2nd nite's games.
Games were pretty fun, 1st nite was the game of life, and 2nd was cluedo. Most of us were shocked by the jc peeps energy lvl during the games. Cause thruout the day it was all lab and talks and workshops, so some were quite bored and fell asleep, but then at nite during the games, they were running around the science foyer from station to station, shouting everywhere.. haha. I was station ic for both games... would rather have joined them to play the game la... more fun than standing around to wait for 12 groups of pple to visit and do certain tasks. And standing at the same spot for 2 hour plus is really very tiring, more tiring than walking in fact. And I had to do it for 2 nites.. haha.
Anyways the jc peeps bonded really well, even though mostly everyone in the groups were from different schools. It was also a bonding session for us also, as we had to work with pple we didn't know before... In my group, the ogl and rovers were me, teck beng, pearlyn and jason.. Haha pretty nice pple, although I thought that jason looked a little intimidating at first...
Usually at camps, pple stay up late to interact and play games at nite. But on the first nite I was so tired that after I showered I fell asleep... instead of going over to senghan's place to play cards with the rest. But on the 2nd nite, the whole og stayed up to play games... we were eating pizza(which we ordered from pizzahut) at the PGP foyer, but then it got too warm.. so we went around the blocks to look for an empty room which has air-con... Couldn't find any as they were all occupied, so we ended up at the open space at the btm of the foyer, in front of the super mart. Quite a bad choice actually... we ended up playing heart attack. So whenever someone shouts 'HEARTATTACK!!' the rest will automatically scream... haha after a few rounds I saw pple looking down at us from their rooms. I think we woke them up. =X the security guard came after a while and chased us away... so we relocated ourselves to somewhere near the MPSH and played until around 3am.
Quite fun la... On the last day, the kids even wrote cards for the 4 of us.. So nice! :) Really appreciate it. :)
